Coeur will host guests for an evening that the Detroit Free Press says, “…showcases just what landed the hot spot at No. 1.” On July 16, chef-owner Jordan Smith and pastry chef Carla Spicuzzi will prepare two four-course tasting menus — one classic menu and a vegetarian option — each embodying the restaurant’s refined approach to California cooking with a French flair. There will be two dinner seatings at 5 & 7:30 PM.
